NJ Revised Budget Proposal - No increases in Realty Transfer Fees or Inheritance Taxes

According to an article in today's Newsday, "The revised [New Jersey] budget proposal eliminates proposed increases in realty transfer fees and estate transfer inheritance taxes, which had been projected to generate $25 million each." This is apparently due to higher than anticipated tax revenues this past Spring. For the full article - click here.
